 PSYCH

Crafted to reflect the vibrant and eclectic nature of the station content and audience, through bold colors, intricate patterns, and surreal imagery, the design strategy aims to captivate and transport listeners into a world of mind-expanding music and experiences. By embracing the psychedelic aesthetic, we create a visual identity that resonates with our target demographic, fostering a sense of belonging and excitement. These designs serve as a portal to the psychedelic realm, inviting listeners to embark on a journey of exploration and self-discovery through the power of music.

Covid Support Project

Students will be asked to interrogate the “Pandemic Aftermath”. Identifying both positive and negative outcomes on people and their lives. How have these systems been altered? How can graphic designers respond to the opportunities, issues, and the space inbetween that have formed in the aftermath? My research took me to isolation everyone experienced and how we all gathered support through ourselves. I asked the question to anyone who would agree to be voice recorded only (as a symbolic reminder of isolation), “what was your support during covid”.

Manifesto

In a world inundated with visual noise, where design often serves as a mere tool for consumerism, it’s time to pause, reflect, and reclaim its essence. Enter the First Things First Design Manifesto of 2000, a clarion call to designers worldwide to reevaluate their priorities and responsibilities. This ad campaign embodies the spirit of the manifesto with a vibrant burst of color-bold, electrifying yellow. This hue symbolizes the energy, optimism, and urgency behind the manifesto’s message. It demands attention, just as the manifesto demanded a revolution of design’s role in society.

The re-branding of Orangebox to Orangepod represents a strategic shift towards emphasizing the innovative nature of their pod systems. Through this re-branding, Orangepod seeks to redefine the concept of collaborative work environments, fostering productivity and innovation through cutting-edge design and functionality. By harnessing the power of orange, hand-written font and a spacefuly-playful logo, Orangepod aims to inspire creativity and facilitate seamless collaboration, empowering individuals and teams to thrive in the modern workplace landscape.
